The agreement between you and 8HUP when you use our platform.
By using 8HUP, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
8HUP is a software platform offering personal savings goal tracking tools. Users buy a digital vault as a one-time purchase, set a personal savings target inside it, and log daily progress entries. 8HUP is a tracking tool only — it provides no banking, lending, deposit, or investment services.
Each vault is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks the tracking workspace. The vault price (e.g. ₹499, ₹999, or ₹4,999) is a fee for the software tool only — it is entirely separate from any savings amount you set inside the vault. Purchases are activated instantly after the payment gateway confirms successful payment.
The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 8HUP makes no warranties beyond what is required by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including any decisions you make regarding your personal savings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited uses, or attempt to harm the platform or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
You may stop using 8HUP at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@8hup.in from the email address linked to your account. Account deletion is processed within 30 days. Note that completed vault purchases are non-refundable beyond the 24-hour refund window described in our Refund Policy.
The 8HUP name, logo, design, code, and all original content on this platform are the property of Bhupathi Sai Charan and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works based on 8HUP's content without prior written permission. The data you create within 8HUP (vault names, savings goals, daily entries) remains your property.
8HUP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, internet outages, third-party service failures (including Payment Gateway or Firebase), or pandemics.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of 8HUP shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion by writing to support@8hup.in. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Karimnagar, Telangana, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
