When refunds apply, when they don't, and how the process works.
Digital plan purchases may be eligible for a refund within 24 hours of purchase, only if the plan is unused and unactivated, where applicable.
Used or consumed plans are non-refundable. Once a plan's premium features have been activated and used, the purchase cannot be refunded.
If you have been charged twice for the same plan due to a technical error, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate amount after verification of the transaction records.
For payments that failed but were debited from your account, refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and your bank's processing schedules. Typically, failed payment reversals take 5–7 business days, but may vary by bank.

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it within 2 business days. The refunded amount typically reflects in your original payment method within 5–10 business days thereafter, subject to the payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
All 8HUP vault prices are final and inclusive of all charges. If you are eligible for a refund, the full amount paid (including any taxes) will be refunded.
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your 8HUP account may be temporarily suspended pending dispute resolution. We strongly encourage you to email support@8hup.in first — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
