Nature of Products

All 8HUP products are digital software features. There are no physical products, accessories, or merchandise of any kind associated with any 8HUP plan or purchase.

Delivery Method

Plans are delivered through instant activation on your 8HUP account immediately after a successful payment is confirmed by the Payment Gateway.

No physical goods are shipped. Therefore, no courier service, tracking number, or shipping address applies to any 8HUP purchase.

Activation Timeline

Activation typically happens within seconds of a successful payment. In rare cases involving payment processor delays, activation may take a few minutes.

If your plan is not activated within 10 minutes of a successful payment, please contact support@8hup.in with the following details so we can assist quickly:

International Users

Because 8HUP products are entirely digital, there are no international shipping fees, customs duties, or import restrictions. The platform is accessible globally where permitted by law.

Service Availability

8HUP strives for 99.9% uptime, but the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance via email when possible. We are not liable for temporary unavailability arising from third-party services (Firebase, Payment Gateway) or planned maintenance.
